🐶 Zayka is a 9–10 month old medium-sized girl, gentle in nature and quietly affectionate. She is not a pushy puppy — she observes first, warms up quickly, and then happily joins in. She enjoys being near people without demanding constant attention, but if you call her, she will always come to be close. Calm for her age, playful in the right moments, and beautifully balanced, Zayka is a young dog with a very soft heart.

💔 Rescue Story 💔
Zayka was rescued as a tiny puppy from a war zone together with her mum and five siblings. They grew up side by side, learning safety and kindness after surviving circumstances no puppy should ever face. One by one, her siblings were chosen, adopted, and sent on their happy journeys.
And Zayka… stayed behind.
She has already watched three happy buses leave without her. Three chances she hoped would be hers. She is the last one still waiting — the quiet girl who never pushed herself forward, never demanded attention, and somehow went unnoticed while others were chosen.

Zayka loves spending long hours in the garden with other dogs, big and small alike. She plays beautifully, enjoys chasing and catching a ball, and is comfortable in social dog environments. She knows basic commands such as “come” and “place,” listens well, and learns quickly when treated kindly.
She can be a little shy when meeting new people at first, but this passes quickly. Once she feels safe, her trust comes easily and naturally. She is affectionate without being clingy and has grown up surrounded by dogs, which gives her confidence and calmness in canine company.

Zayka will thrive in a family that understands gentle dogs — ideally with older children (10+) and another dog in the home, as she has been surrounded by dogs since puppyhood and truly enjoys their presence. She would love a home where walks, playtime, and calm companionship are part of everyday life.
