💔 Rescue Story

Richie was found abandoned and adopted as a puppy, but his story did not turn out as it should have.
By chance, the person who had placed him found out later that he was living in terrible conditions — rarely fed, kept on a chain, neglected and forgotten.

He was taken out of that life.

Richie now lives in a foster, sleeping indoors with free access to the garden, and is slowly learning what normal life feels like.

With new people, he waits for them to come first. But when he is touched… he literally holds his breath, freezing, as if he still cannot believe this kindness is real.

He is very gentle, quiet, and modest. He listens to everything he is told, eager to do right, never challenging, never pushing.

Despite everything he went through, he shows absolutely no guarding — even around food. There is no aggression in him at all, only softness.

He is calm by nature and enjoys peaceful companionship more than activity.

He gets along beautifully with all dogs and could live with a friendly female dog, but he could also be happy as the only dog in a calm home and nit left regularly alone.
