Rex is a 4.5-year-old small-to-medium boy, gentle, calm, and beautifully well-balanced. He is one of those rare dogs who seems to understand people instinctively, never asking for much, yet quietly becoming the dog everyone falls in love with. 💙

💔 Rescue Story

Rex was rescued from Kupiansk — a town that became one of the symbols of the war in eastern Ukraine. Occupied, liberated after fierce street battles, and now once again under relentless daily shelling, Kupiansk remains one of the most dangerous places in the country.

Somehow, Rex survived it all. Today, instead of dodging explosions, he is waiting for the simple life every dog deserves — a safe home, kind people, and the chance to finally relax.

Rex lived at foster indoors and has lovely house manners. Now moved to small private shelter.

He greets new people calmly and politely. He may seem a little reserved initially, he has a gentle, thoughtful nature. Once he understands he is safe, his affectionate side appears.

Rex loves cuddles, but he never demands them. Instead, he sits nearby, looks into your eyes, and patiently waits, hoping you’ll notice him. There is something incredibly dignified about the way he asks for affection.

He gets along beautifully with every dog he meets and would happily live either as an only dog or with canine companions (we suggest females).

Rex doesn’t need to be the loudest, funniest or most energetic dog in the room. He is simply… easy. Easy to live with. Easy to love. Easy to imagine as part of your family.

His foster believes he would fit happily into almost any home because he naturally adapts to the people around him.

Rex is fully healthy, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. All dogs are C.Brucella tested before travel (approved laboratory certificate provided).
