💔 Rescue Story

Matty was found wandering through the rural town after someone had abandoned her at the local market.

She had simply been left there to fend for herself, surrounded by strangers, noise, and traffic, with no idea why her family had disappeared.

Thankfully, she was rescued before the streets became her permanent home.

Matty lives at foster, free access to the garden at day time and sleeps indoors a summer house and behaves beautifully inside. She walks very well on the lead and absolutely adores being around people.

She greets everyone like an old friend and, if she had her way, would happily spend the whole day beside her humans, collecting cuddles and giving kisses.

She is wonderfully affectionate and can be very enthusiastic seeking affection from people. If told “enough”, she understands and settles down politely, showing that beneath all her enthusiasm is a very clever, willing-to-please girl.

Matty is an energetic young dog who loves to run, play, explore, and make the most of every walk. She has plenty of energy at the beginning of the day or a walk, but once she’s had a good run and burned it off, she transforms into a calm, relaxed companion who is perfectly happy to lie nearby and simply enjoy being with her family.

She gets on beautifully with other dogs and would love a canine playmate to share games and adventures with.
