Lottie comes from Kupiansk, a town -ghost near Kharkiv deeply affected and almost completely destroyed now by the full-scale cruel war. She was found inside a ruined house, sitting quietly beside the body of her human mum who had been killed. In a moment, Lottie lost everything she knew — her person, her home, her world. She stayed close, waiting, loyal. When she was finally brought to safety, she showed no anger or fear towards people, only a deep need for closeness and reassurance, carrying her loss silently and with dignity.

Lottie lives now in a home environment in a city and is comfortable with everyday routines. She walks confidently, engages easily with new people, and enjoys being around other dogs, showing friendly and relaxed behaviour.
