🐾 Stas is a 3.5-year-old, smallish-medium boy who has stolen the hearts of his foster family in just one week since arrived in UK. Gentle, loving, and balanced, this sweet little lad is proving himself to be one of the easiest and most rewarding foster dogs ever.

💔 Rescue Story
Stas’s past is heartbreaking. He once lived peacefully with an elderly woman who rescued unwanted dogs in a small Ukrainian village. But one night, tragedy struck. Her son, in a violent rage, drove her from the home and turned on her dogs.
Many lives were lost that night. Stas survived by hiding and was later saved by rescuers. Despite it all, he never lost his faith in people. Today, he greets life with love and hope – a true testament to his brave, gentle heart.

When Stas arrived in the UK a week ago, his rescuers wondered if he might show the anxiety and hyperactivity sometimes seen in terrier mixes. But instead, he surprised everyone:
💬 “Stas is an absolute dream,” his foster says. “He’s sweet, loving, and respectful. He’s already made friends with my 3 dogs, 6 chickens, and my 3 older sons. He loves people most of all and will happily snuggle on the sofa. He’s such an easy dog to live with!”
“Super Stas 💙 is a sweet, small boy with a big heart and a passion for people and toys. Stas has settled quickly and gets along with everyone. He hasn’t played with my dogs yet (almost!), but he is respectful and happy to take himself off to amuse himself if he wants some space. He could live happily as an only dog, or with another who isn’t needy. His favourite animal is human and he will be your best buddy! All he asks for in return, is for you to KEEP throwing the ball… forever! 😆 Any children should be older, as he’s still learning that hands are not toys – he gets excited but remains gentle. Stas is learning about walking nicely on a lead and discovering how wonderful life can be. He is an easy dog in every way, especially easy to fall in love with 💕”

Stas would be happy as an only dog or paired with a calm companion who isn’t overly needy. He’d thrive in a home with a secure garden where he can enjoy his toys and explore.
