He’s an affectionate little chap who loves cuddles, good food, and peaceful walks. With his soft eyes and scruffy charm, he’s impossible not to love – he just needs the right home to help him flourish.

💔 Why a New Home Is Needed
Scruffy arrived in the UK over a month ago and was warmly welcomed by a kind family. Unfortunately, it now became clear that the home wasn’t quite the right match. Scruffy finds loud noises, running young children, and their sudden movements overwhelming. He also gets anxious when people pick children up – a reaction that’s perfectly understandable for a dog who never saw such behaviour growing up and instinctively views it as an act of aggression toward child (canine mentality).
His family describes him as a wonderful little dog who simply needs a calmer environment: “He has such a lot of love to give. He loves his cuddles and his food. He’s house-trained, enjoys his walks, and would make a great companion for someone on their own.”

Scruffy is a sweet-natured, intelligent boy who bonds deeply and quickly with his person. He loves routine, gentle attention, and quiet companionship. Once he feels secure, his affectionate side shines – he’ll follow you around, snuggle in for cuddles, and give you those loving eyes that say it all. He’s fully house-trained, enjoys his walks, and would thrive in a calm home where he can truly relax and feel safe.
🏡 Ideal Family
Scruffy would be happiest with someone active, but same time steady and gentle. He loves his walks but doesn’t need endless exercise. With continued calm socialisation, he’ll gain more confidence around other dogs, but he’d be happiest as the only pet for now, soaking up all the love for himself.
